    What size ring do I need?

    To find your size, please refer to our ring sizing guide or visit your local shop, where you can usually have your ring size measured.

    Do you offer a repair service?

    We are happy to offer a FREE first repair services for any item of jewellery purchased from us within 1 year of purchase. Please contact us via email to discuss the nature of the repair. For any item older than 1 year, we also offer our repair services with just a small fee.


    What is the returns and refund policy?

    We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if within 07 days of purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund (except altered items and sale items). Please note that goods should be returned in their perfect, original and unworn condition, including original packaging. Engraved or customised items are non-returnable. It is also possible to return any item for an exchange. Head to our returns policy for more information.

    Which payment options do you accept?

    We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (only at our local shop). We also accept payment via bank transfer, COD, VNPAY payment gateway, Momo and Grab Moca.

    How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

    We offer the following delivery services:

    Within HCM City Orders

    It take 1-2 working days and delivery cost is free.

    Nationwide Orders

    It take 5-7 working days and delivery cost is free on any order over 999,000 VND.

    Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

    We generally prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been dispatched. However please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to make any changes for you.

    Where is my order?

    You can track your order using the tracking code found on your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us up until receipt of the items at its final destination.
